David’s interest in flying goes back as far as he can remember. He grew up during the exciting time of the “Space Race” in the 1960s and has been flying for fun since 1978. He currently has more than 2300 hours of flight time.
He has over 500 hours in a Pitts S-1 that he completely rebuilt and highly modified for competition and airshows. Currently he flies a Van’s RV-7 that he “slow built” in just under 2 years.
He is a member of EAA (450336) as a Technical Counselor, IAC, AOPA and member of Albuquerque’s Chile Flight Formation Team.
